High Level Waste Tank Remediation

DOE's Tanks Focus Area (TFA) develops technologies to safely and efficiently remediate radioactive waste stored in underground tanks at four sites nationwide.  This work is done by leveraging resources and working with a broad team of experts from industry, national laboratories, government contractors, universities, stakeholders, and U.S. Department of Energy.
